The Festival is for 14 teams (men's competition for 7 teams - women's competition for 7 teams). It runs for four days (Friday to Monday), opening with dinners on Friday evening after a couple of teams start the playing schedule with a game. All 'away' team games start on Saturday unless request for a Friday game is made. Get to your accommodation and then unwind in the bar, making sure you remind everyone just how good you used to be!
Games are located at two venues. The home pitch of Holly Bush provides a great arena and playing surface, complete with cafe! The other is located just at the top of town at Sevenoaks School.

MAIN CONSIDERATIONS:
- Cost £1140 per team (deposit £250) (includes all hockey, Sat and Sun lunches, Saturday night meal, and Sunday BBQ, Marquee and entertainment (Bands, and DJ)
- Team is a squad of 13 (all additional players or 'team groupies' priced at a further £75 a head
- Team ages:
- Men: Total age on pitch is a minimum of 440 years including maximum two players between 35-40 years old
- Ladies: Total age on pitch is a minimum of 385 years including maximum two players between 30-35 years old
- Friday: Live Band
- Saturday: Disco and themed night including meal
- Sunday: Cabaret followed by disco
- Final game followed by Prize giving a the pitch side bar.
- Sunday evening party - Monday morning departure croissant!
